I have an issue from my customer about invitation meeting in Outlook 2010. The issue is if my customer setup Gmail account in their Outlook 2010 - 2013 then they send invitation meeting to internal people, the result is those people received the invitation but doesn't see any accept/decline/tentative button in their Outlook.
What we already do are :
- if customer send invitation to internal people from Gmail website directly then those people can see the buttons.
- if customer send invitation to external people from Gmail in Outlook then those people can see the buttons.
- If I send invitation to my customer from GMail in Outlook then my customer can't see the buttons. it also show a notification that my customer as an organizer even though they are not?
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
